ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT

Buyer: The real person or legal entity who makes a purchase via www.banterpanther.com.

By approving this agreement, the Buyer accepts that they are obliged to pay the order amount as well as any additional charges such as shipping and taxes, if applicable.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement is prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and covers the details of the order placed via www.banterpanther.com, including the product’s characteristics, price, and delivery conditions.
The Buyer declares that they have received all necessary information about the product prior to placing the order and that they placed the order by approving this information.

ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

This agreement enters into force on the date the order is placed. The product shall be shipped to the address specified by the Buyer. In case of any suspicion of damage at the time of delivery, the shipment must be inspected together with the courier officer.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

* The Buyer has been informed in advance about the basic characteristics of the product, its price, and the method of payment.
* The product shall be delivered within a maximum of 30 days.
* Payment must be completed before delivery.
* The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the bank in credit card transactions.
* In cases of force majeure, the delivery period may be extended and the Buyer shall be informed accordingly.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused and the tag has not been removed.
If there is no return shipment report, the product shall be deemed to have been delivered without any issues.
Returned products are inspected within 7 business days, and once approved, the refund process is initiated.

ARTICLE 6 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION


Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Anatolian Consumer Courts are authorized.
The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement.
